Zucchini Pasta.
I made this recipe tonight for dinner- it was
SO easy and SO good!
What you'll need:
- Zucchini (I recommend 2 zucchini's per person)
- Spaghetti Sauce
- Parmesan (optional)
- A peeler
- Large Pan
Steps:
1. Rinse zucchini off in the sink
2. Peel the zucchini into a large pan
3. Roast the zucchini on the stove for approx. 10 min.
4. Ready to serve!
